Snapshot of the list

After enjoying a large slice of ice cream birthday cake, I returned to the kitchen to place the cake back in the freezer. As I placed the lid on the box, I happened to glance at the ingredient list. It was one of the longest ingredient lists I’ve seen in awhile with over 75 ingredients! Hmmm…might need to rethink packaged ice cream birthday cake. High fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils and 1gram of trans fat per serving. Time to make my own ice cream cake! Anyone have a good recipe to share?
